GeoDocs is a document management add-in for MyGeotab and Geotab Drive that centralizes the creation, assignment, and tracking of critical fleet documents (e.g., policies, SOPs, training, safety bulletins, checklists). Administrators upload or version documents in MyGeotab and assign them by Group, Vehicle, Driver, or Role. Drivers access the latest approved files directly in Geotab Drive—online or offline—ensuring the right content is always available at the point of work. Read receipts, acknowledgements, and expiry reminders help teams maintain compliance and close the loop on training and policy updates.

 

 

Integration with Geotab:
 

GeoDocs installs as a MyGeotab Add-In and leverages native objects (Users, Groups, Vehicles) for targeting and access control. Driver-facing access is embedded in Geotab Drive for a seamless experience. Admins can use Geotab APIs and Groups to automate assignment, while dashboards summarize completion and acknowledgement status.
